How can customers create an order on my new platform?

Hi,

New to shopify experience! I am looking for customers to create an order by submitting correct fields, quantity then calculating pricing, shipping and checkout process when submitting the order. I am adding an example from a similar company. Any guidance will be appreciated! Thank you
