How can customers create and customize their own business cards?

We have a client that wants to have a business card product that the customer can customize all fields. So we need to have them be able to upload an image, and ideally be able to crop it to fit restrictions, and be able to input their name, info, etc.

I know there's apps out there that can do most of this but we are ideally looking to find an app that creates an art file when they're finished. This art file could be a .jpg or .png but needs to be high enough resolution to be printed.
