Good afternoon, please if you can help me: My store is a food store and we have many products such as fruits and vegetables, some orders are for more than 30 items and customers would like to have the option of repeating the same order and editing some items, talk to shopify support but the operator tells me that in this group they could help me, thank you very much!

Hey @HansDockweiler1,

Great question!

Apps are generally the go-to solution for a feature like this. I have found a few that will provide the functionality you are after:

  • Advance Reorder allows you to give the option to re-order or repeat orders placed previously by your customers. Customers can do a quick reorder with one click reorder from the account page or thank you page itself. This will help you to improve customer acquisition.

  • Reorderify - Provides a way to add any previous order products to the cart or take to the checkout page. The 'Reorder' button can be added on the 'Order Detail Page' or 'Thank-You Page'.

If none of these apps work out, you can let us know and we'll be glad to see if we can find a better fit for you or you can go through the apps at our App Store here

As you continue to customize and further develop your store, have you looked at ways you can also optimize your product page for increased sales? We have a fantastic blog post here that provides some top tips! Your brand is important everywhere, from social media images to your post-sale emails, but it’s especially important on your product pages.

This is a good answer @HansDockweiler1 , her suggestion Advanced Reorder for a meal prep client. This lets clients who have ordered previously pull up their last order and they can either reorder the same exact order, or edit the order how they wish.

@HansDockweiler1, I can show you how the Customer can repeat an order with a one-button press, they don't even need to visit your store. A way that reminds customers of where they bought something if they forgot and a super easy way to buy it again. Let me know if this is of interest. Cheers, Lou

Delloop solves issues central to eCommerce - lack of repeat sales, costly customer acquisition, low customer retention, friction during pre and post-sales, spiralling service costs and low levels of customer loyalty - all through smarter and more relevant Retailer-Customer Engagement.
