How can customers upload their own designs for print on demand?

Is it possible to allow a customer to upload their own custom designs in order to print them on demand on some items?

If not already done, what would be the main steps toward building this functionality?

With Inkybay, is there a way to access the uploaded image, and modify it
(systematically, i.e. with a code snippet) before displaying it to the
customer?
If not, are you aware of any app that would give this option?

Hello,

Customers can see the live preview of their uploaded designs or added customizations. As customer will get to see the live preview instantly, you will not be able to modify it before displaying it to them. You can access the designs/images in the custom order files.
