How can I access old order data after it's marked as complete?

We make products w/ custom Artwork and Audio supplied from the Customer.  Earlier this week we started running into an issue where the Audio/Art supplied is no longer accessible by 3rd party app after the order is marked as complete. 

Is there a way to sti;; access the old order data after marked complete? If we we get a re-do an order we still need to access... this was not a problem up until wednesday
