How can I activate a mismatched Shopify balance card?

I’ve been trying to activate this Shopify balance card and turns out doesn’t match the card on my app I am stuck on a replace card screen that leads nowhere I can’t request a different card or activate the one I have anyone know what to do because I didn’t know if it was on my end that was messing up it’s not so please can I get some help.
