How can I add a countdown timer for next day delivery on my product page?

I was looking for some advice please.

I'm looking for a recommendation how I can add a countdown timer to my product page that counts down to a time (for example 1:00pm) before which people have to order to get next day delivery?

I found an app called "Delivery Timer" which looks promising but wondered if anyone else had a suggestion or experience of this?
