How can I add a free accessory option in my cart pop up?

I want to offer a Buy 1 and choose a free accessory.  When customer adds (1) product and it takes them to the cart a POP UP displays showing the (3) accessories to choose from.  The can click the accessory in the pop up and it will add it to the cart.  

Is there an app that can do this on my Shopify store?
