How can I add a vehicle registration search for suitable batteries?

We’re a business selling batteries for vehicles in Ireland.

looking to add a feature where users can enter their vehicle registration number and it will show up suitable batteries.

I know there are apps that can do this I just don’t know how to do it myself. 
Any Shopify experts able to take on the job
