How can I add a walkthrough video link to my locked review instructions?

Hi,

I would like to add a walkthrough video link to the review instruction, but the App submission form is locked.  

Is there a way to unlock the form and put the link so that the reviewers have the onboarding / walkthrough video available.

I don't think there is a way to unlock the App submission form once it is submitted for approval.

A designated individual (reviewer) will be responsible for reviewing your app. If you possess the email address of this individual, it is advisable to send them the link to the walkthrough video and check with him how can you update the review instructions section.
