How can I add custom Dymo LV 30346 labels to the Retail Barcode Labels App?

Hi, I just downloaded the Retail Barcode Labels App from the shop if I App Store and I need help adding the type of labels that I use with my printer. The only options available don't match the ones that I use and I don't really know how to manually enter mine. I currently use the Dymo printer and my labels are the Dymo LV 30346. I try to do this myself but the system does not allow me to manually enter mine, only the ones that are pre-determined.

Please help!!
