how can I add other payment icons other than Shopify ? Like the image attached ?

I wish to have union pay in my payments footer section can someone guide me pls ? thanks !

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with ensuring payment icons are displayed within the shops footer, to get this resolved. To ensure I'm fully understanding, are there currently payment icons being displayed within the footer of the storefront? 

If no icons are currently available, you can certainly add this feature within the theme's settings. To achieve this, you can:

• Head to Online Store > Themes, from the Shopify admin.
• Select Customize on the theme you'd like to be completed on. 
• Head into Footer to select Show Payment Icons. 
• Select Save. 

It's also important to note that the payment option you're looking to display the icon for must be activated on the shop.

@Blair well if you have union pay added already I can but u dont’t please read the question well not just generic answer would be appreciated

Thank you for the prompt response and providing further context. To confirm ,you will be required to have Union Pay activated on the shop in order to include this payment icon within the footer. To get this set up, you can refer to our Configuring Third-Party Payment Providers documentation. It outlines however:

• From the Shopify admin, head into Settings > Payments. 

• Do one of the following:

  • If you have Shopify Payments enabled:
    • In the Shopify payments section, click Manage.
    • At the bottom of the page, click Switch to a third-party provider, and then click Switch to a third-party provider again to confirm.
  • If you don't have Shopify Payments enabled, then in the Shopify payments section, click See all other providers.
  • If Shopify Payments isn't available in your country, then in the Payment providers section, click Choose a provider.

• Select the provider that you want to use from the list.

• Enter your account credentials for the provider that you selected.

• Click Activate.

• Click Save.

Once this has successfully been completed, you can select this option from within your theme to ensure it's populating within the footer.
