How can I address an app's interaction with Amazon?

Yesterday we got call from Amazon and they told us that one of the app is interacting with Amazon. I tried to check the permission of all apps but not a single thing I found. Anyone can give insights what can be done here?

The apps I am using are:

ShipStation

Inbox•Sales channel

Check your Seller Central account, any apps your team has authorized to access Seller Central should show up in the Permissions.

 

Another thing you could check, is the fulfillment services in Shopify settings, someone may have connected an Amazon fulfillment service in the past. Should be in Settings > Locations or Shipping and Delivery.
