How can I adjust product prices based on purchase plan?

Hello,

We have a project regarding plan purchase e.g. gold, silver and platinum. Each plan have different number of product i.e. Gold Plan have 9 products silver have 3 and so on.

We want to create a functionality that if customer purchase a plan lets say Gold plan so customer can buy 9 product with our pay anything. 

Customer can purchase product  quantity/3 i.e. 3,6,9 etc. if customer have gold plan so he/she can buy 9 products without pay.

If customer wants to buy product without plan so they can buy with regular price.

For this we are developing a custom app also but for we are not able to change the price based on plan.

So we need some solution for the same.
