How can I apply multiple tiered autodiscounts in my app?

I am planning on creating an app which has freegifts that depends on tiers (different thresholds), I am trying autodiscount but it seems like it only applies the HIGHEST discount.

Heres an example:
Lets say we have 3 tiers / 3 Autodiscounts all "buy X get Y" discount type

Tier 1 - Free Tin Case @ $30 minimum on all products - Autodiscount 1
Tier 2 - Free Shampoo @ $40 minimum on all products - Autodiscount 2
Tier 3 - Free Conditioner @ $50 minimum on all products - Autodiscount 3

Now if the total cart items is $51 it should auto add all 3 right? Free Tin, Free Shampoo and Free Conditioner

BUT it only adds the Highest discount, so if Tin Case is worth $5, Shampoo is $3, Conditioner is $7 it will only trigger or apply Autodiscount 3 not all.

Im planning to auto add these products if it hits a threshold using our APP but it seems like its not possible because it doesn't add all 3 autodiscounts.

Is there any work arounds to achieve what we want? Tried Order Discount but its not possible with our app and it looks weird in checkout.
