How can I auto-apply discount codes for subscription orders in affiliate marketing?

Hi, I am looking to integrate 2 application to my online store. Recurpay (Subscriptions) & BixGrow (Affiliate & Referral programs). I have done a trail run with both the applications and had notice an issue where if a customer comes to my store using an affiliate/referral link and places a 1-time order, the discount code attached to the link is automatically applied at checkout. Whereas, if the customer who has come to my store using an affiliate/referral link and places a 'subscription' order, the discount attached to the link is not automatically applied. 

Can the discount code be configured to auto apply even if a subscription order is made by the customer?
