How can I auto-fill two fields with the same info using Product Personalizer?

Hello,

I wonder whether someone may be able to help me please. I've been able to use an app called Product Personalizer to set up personalisation options on one of my products. One of the personalised aspects is the name of the person receiving the gift. This appears twice on the product, in two different places. Is there a way to make the name automatically appear in those two different places, without the customer having to repeat the process of completing a field?

It's the first personalisation field I want to appear twice. If you click previous you'll see where it already appears in the top of the three images; the second place I'd like it to automatically appear is in the empty box surrounded by gold on the second image.
