How can I auto-generate invoices from customer form selections?

Hi! I'm looking for a form builder that I can use to automatically send customers invoices based on the selections they make on the form.

For example, I make custom acrylic pen blanks in different colors. I want customers to be able to select their colors from a list of options and sizes on a form, then pay for the work via an invoice that is automatically generated so that I don't have to type up endless amounts of invoices based on selections from the form. Does anyone have any integrations or features that could accomplish this goal?

I know that there are apps to create forms and I know there are apps that I can use to send invoices... I'm looking for one that combines the two features to automatically transfer the data from the form to an invoice generator.
