How can I automate order return tracking for refillable bottles?

I have business in which we Refill glass bottles and also sell them new  , we need a plugin which allows the user to only place a refill order,  when his return bottle is scanned and picked up

There are many apps in the App Store which provide return label generation and tracking for those labels.  Each app generally provides a different integration to a number of shipping carriers.  Some apps support some carriers while other support different carriers.  Generally, the options tend to differ by continent.  In the US and Europe, these apps generally integrate with EasyPost, Shippo and Shipstation which provide a wide range of carrier options. 

Each app may or may not support tracking for that shipping label generated.

That being said.  There these apps also help you keep track of all your returns from how you allow and collect information from the customer (reasons, photos, resolutions [credit/refund/replacement/repair]).  Some apps provide automations so you can automate away low risk returns but provide additional review and approval to those that you decide need more attention.
