How can I automate scheduled markdowns for unsold items?

I'm looking for an app that will let me schedule automated markdowns according to rules.  Meaning, in our sale section, if an item doesn't sell after 3 weeks, we mark it down further another 10%.  Is there an app that can automate this?

Hello, 

Thank you but these apps don't offer the solution I'm asking for.   I'd like to set a rule on certain items where if it doesn't sell for a set period of time, the item will be further discounted.
