How can I automate storefront script installations for my app?

For one of your apps to be listed on the Shopify app store, we have reached the final stages of the listing approval. However, we have been told that your installation need to script/automated the required modifications to the merchant's store front. In doing the scripting we have encountered three issues. We need help to understand how to perform these activities using installation automated script: Issue 1: Product-Card.Liquid cannot be modified using the automated script Issue 2: Adding the .Liquid file into the Snippets (theme folder) using the automated script Issue 3: Adding the Liquid file as a reference the other .liquid files within the Sections folder using the automated script Looking forward for guidance that could help us.
