How can I automatically add a refundable deposit at checkout?

Hi,

I am using Shopify to sell steering wheels. We require the buyer to send their old steering wheel back to us once they receive the new one. We need to charge a refundable security deposit at checkout to make sure their old steering wheel is shipped back to us.

I need a way to automatically add a security deposit at checkout.

How can I do this?
