App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi there! I have my own website, and I also sell on Amazon. I use Amazon by Codisto to integrate my store with Amazon. The products I sell, are also being sold by other vendors on Amazon so they have reviews already. I want to import reviews on to my website.
I know there are plenty of apps that do this, however, they all require that you manually imput the URL of the Amazon listing in order to import the review. The problem is I have over 1,000 products in my store so manually imputting the URL is such a hassle.
I was wondering if there's an Amazon review importer than can import the reviews automatically without the need to input the URL. Thank you.
Hi, @Sultan718!
Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I understand that you're looking for a more simplified way of importing the Amazon product reviews without URL's.
Unfortunately, it is unlikely that there is an Amazon review importer that can automatically import reviews without inputting the URL for each product. This is because the URL is the only way for the review importer to identify which product you want to import reviews for.
That being said, there are a some options you can consider to make the process of importing reviews more efficient, please see below:
Prioritize your products with the most reviews. Instead of trying to import reviews for all 1,000 products, prioritize products that have the most reviews on Amazon. This will help you get the most impact from importing reviews, without having to spend too much time manually inputting URLs.
With such a large inventory, it can be overwhelming for customers to find the products they're interested in. Do you offer personalized recommendations based on customers' browsing and purchase history to help them discover new products they'll need?
