Hi. I do not see a way to use employee point of sale (pos) data in a Flow. In exported POS data in column BA is a field for the employee that processed the order. This is the employee logged into the device. This information is also in the order timeline.
I want to use this data in a Flow, but I do not see it anywhere, and from Shopify's new AI customer service agent it isn't available.
Shopify POS Pro allows us to attribute a sale to staff. I also don't see this in Flow. Attributing a sale is a manual step, and yet we aren't rewarded (through data) for taking that step? There's one lousy report.
Does anyone know how to automatically add an order tag to an order based on the employee that processed the sale?
