How can I automatically track supplier stock for my online store?

Hi, I'm new to all this. I need an app that can track stock on website of my supplier. 

So when he's out of stock, I wanna to be informed and if it's possible that by automation that info to be displayed on my shop, so that I don't sell items that are not available.

Is there anything similar to this?

Is there an app that don't need CSV or similar file to work?

Most of (mine) suppliers don't have CSV files of their web, so I need simple solution
Can I just put or connect website link to it?
