How can I backup my store after an app conflict?

Hi ,I have a big problem, some app "shopcado: volume discouted price" caused me on 1-10 june a conflict with my shopify store..Since then I wasnt able to make again the store works normally,so I really need to make a backup or something from then ,but I really dont know how ..Or any idea for this problem is perfect,pls help me ,im just at the end of power..:(

Sir , I was speaking with shopify help center ,they didnt really help me..

I ve speak with the app developers ,they are with all respect retards for real...

Im very serious to start again on another shopify account my store...What you think about this?
