How can I cancel my Alidropshipping subscription when password reset fails?

Any suggestions on getting Alidropshipping cancelled? I enter my password but it says it's incorrect. I have requested an email to reset my password probably 25 times and have yet to receive it. I emailed Ali and I just got a message back asking for a video of my issue. 😔

Is Alidropshipping an app that you were using on your store?

If so, the first step here would be to remove it from your Settings > Apps and Sales channels section in your Shopify admin, so that no further bills are sent.

This can be done by going to those settings mentioned above, then as you hover over the name of the app, you will see an Uninstall option on the right hand side.

Once you have uninstalled, you should contact their support again, saying that you have removed the app, and this time requesting a refund.

Since you're removing this app, will you be in need of a substitute, or are you taking a different route with your business?
