How can I cancel my app subscription on Shopify?

dear shopify team i can face issue i have use a  single app for  shopify  site but i can remove this app. some days ago . next i can pay shopify service charges  and include the  app changres please cancel my subscription and just i can pay your shopify charges 29$. please quick response thank you.
