How can I cancel my eStore2App mobile app builder subscription and get a refund?

Hello, I have received an email that you have deducted 25$ from my bank account for the period 2021-08-20 - 2021-09-19, we want to cancel the subscription to this app,since we haven't been using it for more than 3 months. Could you please refund the amount. Or if you can please let us know how to request a Refund.
