How can I combine multiple orders into a single packing slip using Order Printer?

I am using Shopify's modular "Order Printer" app but I am wondering if there is something that works in almost exactly the same way but has the option to combine multiple orders in the batch into a single packing slip with one header and the list of each invoice number and then just list all the items consecutively with small order number dividers perhaps. Right now the order printer app will print batches but each order prints on their own sheet and it's a lot of waste to print an entire sheet for just one small item and when my customers buy a bunch of items over time in their hold boxes, I end up having to sometimes print a 30 page book worth of paper for what should fit on 5 sheets. Any suggestions?

So really nobody has any idea if this is possible? I'm getting kind of sick of sending a short novel worth of paper with people's shipped hold orders when they've bought only one or two items per order. Lots of wasted paper, space extra shipping weight.
