How can I confirm if my Lulu print on demand order was received?

I added the Lulu app to my product so that I could utilize the print on demand feature. I had a friend complete a test order. How do I know if Lulu received it and is working on it? I know it was ordered bc I received the confirmation email however the "create a shipping label" option leads me to believe that the Lulu integration may not be working? Also, the tax button is checked but tax was not added... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For app specific issues of apps created by fourth parties you need to communicate with those parties either their support ,docs or any admin they provide to you.

The audience for specific problems on specific apps not made by shopify is incredibly narrow on the forums.

For the tax issue make a separate post in the tax forums with a descriptive title about tax
