How can I connect Facebook and Instagram to my online store?

I am trying to connect my Facebook admin page and instagram to Shopify in order to start selling via the apps. I was working with an add agency and have since moved on from them. I would like to run the adds and shop myself for it makes more sense for my business. for some reason everything is blocked. please help me.
