How can I connect my account with Facebook and Instagram using apps?

Hi there,

 

I need to connect my account with Facebook and instragram. The app for my purpose is in the link below:

But it is not working what should i do ?

Could you tell me a bit more about the issue you're running into? Are you unable to add the Facebook app, or is the app itself not working? 

 

If you're having trouble adding the app from the app store, you can add it via the sales channels area of your Shopify admin:

 

 

I also recommend clearing your cache and cookies which can resolve many issues like this.

Hi Greta! 

Thanks for your help. I followed your recommendations and tried to add Facebook from sales channels. But the problem is about the thing that i tried to download it says 'This site cannot provide a secure connection.'

I think the problem is about the app.

Thank you for getting back to me. That error is definitely strange. The app is widely used across Shopify, and I'm unaware of any current issues impacting it.

 

Could you confirm whether you've tried clearing your cache and cookies (I recommend doing it for all time)? You can also log into your Shopify account in an incognito window to see if you're able to add the app there.
