How can I connect my Epson TM-m3011 USB printer to a tablet?

I have the Epson TM-m3011 but not bluetooth. The reason I bought USB is I use the card reader (bluetooth) and the tablet does not support multiple bluetooth connections.

I have Epson driver installed on my tablet and it prints fine from Word and other apps. 

Can you provide a method to connect to a USB printer?
