Hey @ZADRANJAMIL08,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with connecting PayPal to the shop, to get this resolved.

As mentioned by @Growave and @oscprofessional, I recommend checking out our Setting Up PayPal helpdoc for detailed steps on how to successfully connect the payment provider to the shop. It outlines however, you can:

  • Head to Settings > Payments from the Shopify admin.
  • In the Supported payment methods section, find PayPal.

  • Click Manage.

  • Click Deactivate.

  • Click Deactivate again to confirm.

  • Click Activate.

  • Enter the email address for your PayPal account, and then click Next:

  • Enter the password for your PayPal account, and then click Log In:

  • On the PayPal permissions page, click I Give Permission.

  • On the PayPal confirmation page, click Go back to Shopify.

  • Make a test transaction to make sure everything is set up.

It's important to note that in order to use PayPal on your store, a business account is required. To upgrade your personal account to a business account, PayPal has a great helpdoc on this.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!
