How can I contact Pinterest customer service for help?

I am trying to calling customer service but I did get chance.

Would please provide me the phone number I can contact and explain my issues

If your question is related to anything on the Shopify side, you can get in touch with our team through the Help Center. We don't have a direct support phone number, but through our Help Center you can request a callback from our team (which allows you to spend less time on hold). We're also available by live chat and email if that suits you better! 

If your question is related to the Pinterest app, you will need to get in touch with their team directly, as they entirely support the app and sales channel.

To get in touch with Pinterest, you can send an email to shopify-help@pinterest.com and include the following:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Shop URL (.myshopify.com)
• Description of the problem
• Any applicable screenshots & docs
