How can I convert an app to not function as a sales channel?

Hi there,

We have an app that redirects customers to a 3rd party payment (to take credit our fro a purchase).  The developer who built the app, made it a sales channel, but we actually do not want that, as we want all orders counted in the "online store" sales channel.  Any advice on best way to do this ?  The main reason for this is as a sales channel, we are not able to push orders to the  "thank you" page thus we are losing our GA integration and also session data for the order.
