How can I correct inaccurate translations on my website?

In Shopify, we use the translate & adapt app to translate our whole website into French and English. But sometimes it translates wrong. For example, in the picture below you see our website in English. But below the products you see "Bestel nu", which is Dutch for "Order now". The app didn't translate this at all. How can I fix this or where can I translate it myself? Because in the app I don't see this section.
