How can I create a custom app for logo customization and implement a deposit system?

I need a custom app or app, that allows customers to add their logo on to product and can interact with it to show it 3D and AR.

There's a 1 time charge for color options for customization. Products are cups and bags. I can probably split this to be a service since it's not a physical product. The product itself will have a retail price, but the issue is the receiving payment and a slight deposit. Why?

I have to make these goods and to make 1 cases doesn't make sense. I would like customers to pay a 20-30% deposit to place the order for 50 cases minimum. The issue is now that most customers can't store these goods, so I need a way that they can schedule it to be automatically deliver like a subscription service or any better idea you can offer.

The whole point is to make it easier for customer. As a vendor I need to store it, so if every customer buys custom I'll be out of storage, where inventory planning comes and I can plan accordingly. I can make it once I know how often customers needs it.

Scenario:

50 cases minimum order. 20-30% deposit

When goods arrive, I want to be able to charge customers retail price up to the last 10-15 cases, initial 20-30% deposit. That way customers in a sense is committed to buy, at the same time I'm holding the goods for them so they don't have to store it. That way both parties can be protected.

I'm open to ideas and suggestions. This is something really needed.
