How can I create a live gender count for a nightclub website?

Hi, I am creating a Nightclub organization where we will guarantee a 50/50 split between both genders.

I can not find anything that matches our spec.

Above is a rough design of what I am looking for. This would be a live count on the front page of the website. That would get its information through the checkout gender tab.

However, it would need to be completely customizable.

So you're selling tickets? When someone buys a ticket are they buying a specific item that is for that gender?

If so, there could be a way to manage this without an app and just use the theme code. Would be interesting to hear more about your need so we can give tips. If you know you need an app then feel free to ignore this post!
