How can I create a multi-step skincare quiz for my store?

I need to create a multi-step survey ( quiz ) for my store to help customers better understand their skin type and skincare needs. It needs to be a four-step survey - importantly, each step has a different number of questions. At the end of each step, it should show the result of the step before moving on to the next step. At the very end of the test, the results of each step should be shown together.
