How can I create different sales for POS and web?

Hi all, looking for a sale builder app that allows a different sale to be built for POS and web. For example; put specific products 20% off for the POS, but leave then full price on our website. I also need an app that allows for filtering, we carry thousands of SKU's so this is essential. I found a few I really liked but they did not allow for separate pricing for POS and web. Thanks!
