How can I deactivate my credit card and delete my store?

Hey Shopify Team :

I want to deactivate or remove my credit card from shopify but i don't , and shopify again and agian attempt to pay bill and my credit card under risk , after more attempt my credit card will be block , so please i request you to please don't attempt on it , and deactivate my credit card , also delete my shopify store , i tried many time to deactivate my store but i face some errors like "paid invoices" , so please support team i request you to deactivate my store or don't attempt on my credit card .
