How can I delete a persistent Subscribe Widget from my website?

Hi. I opened my website usgrillstore.com after months and deleted all apps however, I cannot delete Subscribe Widget from the website and I don't remember which app was that. Can you help me to delete or revise it ? (It still shows my old website name in the widget btw)

Thanks for posting to the community forums, I hope your day is going well!

 

What theme are you using? What has most likely happened is the popup was added to your theme code. Thus, deleting the app did not delete the addition of the popup. If your theme is a third party developed theme, I recommend reaching out directly to your theme developer. They will be able to take a peek and narrow down what code needs to be removed. 

 

Another option, is to download a fresh version of your theme and compare your code to the fresh theme's code. This will let you know what code wasn't standard when you originally downloaded the theme. 

 

Lastly, you can reach out to the Shopify advisors, who can look at all uninstalled apps. That way you can narrow down which app you potentially used to create the pop up. You will, however, need to contact the app developer for assistance removing the code.

 

To speak with a live advisor visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.'

 

To find the support for your third party theme, select Online Store > Customize. Then, select the 3 dots at the top left corner of the theme editor > Get Support.

 

In the meantime, I took at look at your site and it's awesome. When it comes to the branding and design, there is not much feedback I can provide!
