How can I delete my business account to stop billing?

I closed up my business last week Jaki Collections and need to delete my shopify account and stop monthly billing.  Please do not bill my account going forward.  Provide me with instructions on how to delete my account because the customer service numbers do not work.  Thanks

Hello @jaki2185 , You will need to cancel the subscription plan from your store. Please open your store and go to settings from there you will find "Plan". This is the place from where you can cancel your subscription.
