How can I deploy a Shopify Remix app using Phusion Passenger?

Hi, I developed an app wich is fully working when testing with `npm run dev`, now I want to publish it but in Shopify's documentation there is only instructions to do it with Heroku and Fly.io. 

I have some Flask apps hosted using Phusion Passenger working correctly but I can't get it to work with my Shopify Remix app
