How can I develop a paid social feed app?

Hello, I want to get an app developed for social feeds like Facebook feed and Google feed. This app should be paid and the amount must be transferred after Shopify adjustment to a specific account. 
Can someone do this for me? The primary purpose for this app is to get the payment from a store where this app will installed.
