How can I disable the 'Track my order' feature on the Inbox app?

Hi there! 

 

I am having issues with Shopify Inbox app. It comes with an instant answer "Track my order" which I do not have the option to delete/hide from the app. My website is a presentation of my company services, which we offer in person. We do not take orders online, therefore the button "Track my order" creates confusion. We would like to keep the chat but without the "Track my order". How do I delete it or disable it? Where can I find it in theme file?

 

Please help!

I also need to remove this instant answer. It is only making trouble for our customers.

It's falling on deaf ears, I found several topics related to this, they simply don't care. I removed the chat function completely, no more confusion!

Now it can actually be removed.

For anyone wondering how:

You need to go to the Shopify inbox menu on the left of your dashboard, then instead of going to instant answers, like what would be the logical option, you instead need to go to the Chat settings menu item and scroll down to instant answers on that page instead. There you can disable this annoying button.
