App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hello to everyone! From 1.9. in Croatia it is mandatory to display dual prices - HRK and EUR at same time, as from 1.1.2023. croatian official currency will be euro. So my question is does there any App I can use and customize for this case? I found some for multi country pricing, but that is not really what I need. Thank you for any help!
Hi, Okasan_B_K.
This is PageFly - Free Landing Page Builder. I would love to provide my advice for your store based on 6 years of providing solutions for about 100.000+ active Shopify merchants.
I know an app called Double Affichage des Prix PRO it has the function to display dual prices just like you need, see below info.

Hello Oksana,
I don't believe there are a specific app for this but I think you can manage a work around for this on the store front. Not the checkout. In the checkout it will be the default currency that will show for Croatia.
But if it's enough for customers to select if they wan't to see the price in HKR or EUR with a pop up and a button on the site, I can tweak my app (https://apps.shopify.com/tax-selector) to do this. Let me know if you still need the function and we can have a chat on Zoom - https://calendly.com/zoeproduction/30min

Hi,
I'm from Croatia and also hopelessly searching for this solution. The problem is that the dual price HAS TO BE shown:
Hi Irena,
I understand your frustration!
If this is all requirements then I can't help you out I'm afraid.
I hope Shopify can help you solve this issue if it's required in Croatia.
Best of luck!
Adam
I also could not find the solution. Customer service asked app developers, but they can't provide us what we need.
Hello to everyone, thank you all for your answers and help.
In the meantime, I found an open source plugin that does a good job on Shopify webshop. It converts prices in all places, except at the checkout, because this is not possible if we are not on the Advanced plan. This is the best solution so far. I am sending a video where I record the step by step implementation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UddoDS3bHDw&t=63s
Good luck to everyone in further business 🙂
Oksana
Yup, there's no way to change the code in the checkout page, Shopify doesn't allow it for security reasons.
