How can I dropship fragrance products from India to the USA?

I am starting an online store to sell nonalcoholic fragrance products in the USA. I have a manufacturing partner in India and we are trying to figure out if we can directly ship the products from our manufacturing partner to our customers here in the USA.

I checked the Shopify store and there are tons of dropshipping apps that can directly integrate with Ali Express or other manufacturers from China. I would really appreciate if someone can provide me any guidance on shipping products directly from India.
